The property is made up of three separate parcels and has over 1 mile of waterfront on the mainland along the sea coast. It is a peninsula just 3 miles south of Mullins River and 4 miles north of Dangriga. It boasts one of the most scenic parts of Southern Belize. Access from the Coastal road can be constructed as well. 

This is the only property of its kind in all of Belize with 1 mile of beachfront on the Caribbean Sea and an additional 1.3 miles of frontage on the scenic Salt Creek lagoon at the back. It is situated adjacent to the Deep Sea channel making it perfect for a high-end luxury waterfront development, a cruise ship port, or just an exclusive private playground.  This property is on the Belize mainland and just 4 miles north of the Port of Dangriga by boat. Land access from the Coastal road has already been mapped out and a small bridge over the Salt Creek lagoon would have to be built.
