The flat is located at the very heart of Bucharest, right at Universitate, close to the big transportation hub there and walking distance to the Old Town with all its attractions. It is quite spacious (150m² total, 110m² living areas plus 40m² in two balconies) and the views of central Bucharest from its main balcony are fantastic.

The flat is fully furnished (each bedroom has a qeen size bed, generous wardrobes and bookcases, there's a couch, table for 4 persons and additional bookcases in the living, etc.) and also equipped with all the necessary utilities (refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, washing machine, etc.) High speed Internet is available throughout. There's a separate laundry room and plenty of space on the secondary balcony for drying the laundry.
