Hello,
I am writing to inquire about the requirement for school reports to be attested as part of the admissions process for children at international schools in Qatar. While I understand the importance of providing accurate and truthful information about their academic history, I have noticed that this requirement is not mandated by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (please see attached). Hence, I would like to know the reason for this additional requirement by schools.

its mandatory for school report /Leaving certificate/ transfer certificate to do the attestation from embassy if studied from outside Qatar. If students studying inside Qatar and transfering to another school its not required.
