@Eddie Bosman I am a former Peacve Corps Vol in KKR from 1999 to 2001. I suggest that you contact my former host family, Oleg and Lida Keosar from Ivanovka. Ivanovka is about 35 minutes east of Bishkek. He is an expert mechanic and can probably help you find something. He would be a great longer term contact for car maintenance.
