Premium visa: family and taxation questions

Hi

I have some questions about the premium visa.

1. If I understand this correctly, the visa allows me to bring my family to Mauritius. But what does "family" mean? Spouse + children only? I wanna bring my mother and sister. Is that possible?
2. My understanding is that as long as I make money in another country, that income is not taxable in Mauritius. After staying 6  months, I'm supposed to pay tax in Mauritius as well, but only after earnings I keep in local banks. So money stored in my foreign accounts is still not taxable in Mauritius. Is this correct?.
3. The premium visa is valid for 1 year and can be extended after. What does that? Can ! extend for another year and that's or can I extend each year? What's the limit here?
