Afcter now 60 years in Spain my experience is that a lawyer poor or little can do of what you can't achive yourself at a Spanish consulate. Different conditions apply depending on your nationality. Most important is proof of income and a health insurance which for you and 3 children can cost a fortune. Good luck anyway.
