Acing the Self-Taped Audition

This 4-hour seminar is designed with 4 purposes. For you, the actor, it will :

Educate you about the industry standards (USA) for self-taping your audition
Inform you about the common pitfalls that lead to no call-backs
Show you how not to sabotage the audition video
Introduce you to the various facets of you, and help you to understand which one is most favoured by the camera, and the casting director.

Using sides provided by the instructor, students will prepare an audition video to bring to the class. There will be an in-class review with feedback on each video, students will then rehearse and perform the scenes again, in class, for a final recording.
