Job Description:
Responsible for the management and development of the sales team, leading the team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share
In-depth analysis of market trends and customer needs, and explore new business opportunities
Maintain long-term cooperative relationships with customers and improve customer satisfaction
Coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure smooth progress of projects and achieve sales targets
Regularly report sales performance, provide market feedback and improvement suggestions
