Morocca Telesales Representative
Job Description:
At BtoBTurk, we are looking for a dynamic B2B Telesales Representative to manage our telesales activities with clients in the MENA region, including Morocco. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients by phone, offering them tailored solutions to their needs, and managing the sales process.
Responsibilities:
• Actively contact potential clients in the MENA region by phone.
• Present BtoBTurk's products and services and offer solutions that meet the needs of clients.
• Respond to inquiries with a customer-oriented approach and complete the sales process.
• Follow up on after-sales processes, handle client requests, and propose solutions.
• Achieve daily sales targets and prepare performance reports.
Required Skills:
• Native Arabic speaker (Moroccan dialect) residing in Casablanca, Morocco.
• At least 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service.
• Experience in call centers (preferred).
• Strong understanding of the expectations and purchasing habits of Moroccan and MENA region clients.
• Excellent communication skills with strong persuasion abilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with effective time management skills.
• Experience in the e-commerce or B2B sector (preferred).
