ESL Bridge 360 helps professionals in their journey to learn and improve their English fluency, and we are looking for dynamic and engaging ESL teachers to join our growing program! You are free to choose how many hours per week you want to work, as well as your class schedule!
Program Overview
• Combines English language learning/professional development/business culture to facilitate language, business, and/or career growth
• Online (and one in-person class per month required)
• 3 hours per week of instruction per individual/group
Teacher Responsibilities
Interactions with Learners
• Build positive rapport with learners by being patient, supportive, and respectful of learners' culture
• Effectively engage and encourage learners
• Maintain professional demeanor while being friendly and approachable
• Customize the lessons to learners' needs in order to maximize effectiveness
Administrative
• Create relevant and interesting class lessons using a variety of resources
• Maintain a stable and reliable internet connection for Zoom classes
• Be proficient with using online platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
• Possess a laptop with a functional webcam and microphone
• Be punctual, flexible, and reliable
• Evaluate learner progress periodically
• Maintain records (attendance, lesson planning, etc.)

• Passion to help professionals learn and expand language skills
• Professional background to provide context to learners
• TEFL/TESOL certification preferred but not required
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Sense of humor and flexibility to handle unforeseen occurrences
• Ability to adeptly work and collaborate with others
• Native English speaker (American or Canadian) and be proficient with the English language
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
