Jobs for English-speaking visitors??

Hi there, we are thinking of coming to Senegal from New Zealand and we only have basic conversational French. We were wondering whether it is realistic to hope to find some work in Senegal (perhaps teaching English) or if French (or lack of) will be a problem. We are one lawyer and one conservationist by trade but do not expect to find work in our fields. Any help would be appreciated!
