About

As remote customer support ( virtual sales and support consultant), I will be assisting customers, in need, to solve their queries related to their order creation, order editing, order replacement... by providing a World Class service, giving a correct advice on their issues. I will be escalating to the relevant department all issue that I have not ability to solve. Getting incoming calls and calling back customers. Assisting via chat (Whatsapp channel). As a sale consultant, I will be promoting on every interaction, the company's products by telling customer all the related information.
