Machine Operation:

Perform routine maintenance and quality control checks on dialysis equipment.
Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and report issues to appropriate personnel.
Infection Control:
Maintain a sterile treatment environment by adhering to strict infection control guidelines.
Properly disinfect and sterilize dialysis equipment and supplies.
Practice proper hand hygiene and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Documentation:
Accurately document patient information, including vital signs, treatment parameters, and observations in medical records.
Maintain detailed treatment logs and reports for physician review.
Collaboration:
Work closely with nurses, nephrologists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
Communicate patient status and any concerns effectively to the healthcare team.
