1.Assisting in the daily operations of the farm ,including ; A. picking , loading and offloading of fruits. B. Plant , maintain and harvest crops c. Assisting with , fertilization ,pest management and irrigation. 2. maintain farm equipment and machinery.

-Physical stamina to perform manual labour in various weather conditions . -Ability to lift , bend and stand for long periods. -Ability to adapt to changing weather conditions and priorities. Understanding of sustainable farming practices and environmental stewardship.
