Responsibilities

  • Development and execution of marketing strategies to promote company solutions.
  • Create engaging content for marketing campaigns.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Edit and update content on the company's website, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve website ranking and visibility.
  • Implement WeChat marketing strategies to engage with the target audience.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities.
  • Organizing and coordinating both online and offline events, showcasing the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute successful marketing events.
  • Actively participate in Business development work, collaborating with the team to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
  • Create reports and track marketing performance.
  • Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.
  • Perform market and client research.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to conceptualize, create, and edit a variety of marketing and promotional materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is recommended. Certifications in Marketing are a plus.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, website content management, and WeChat marketing is essential.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital marketing strategies and online content management.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing effective WeChat marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of the consulting industry, particularly in the context of strategy consulting and market entry services, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools for optimizing website content.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, coordinating with different departments to achieve marketing goals.
  • Experience in event planning and networking is a plus.
  • Proven experience in graphic design and video editing. (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, veed.io etc.)
  • Ability to adapt to evolving market trends, technologies, and business requirements.
