Responsibilities:

University Placements:

Facilitate the university placement process for students, providing guidance and support throughout their academic journey.

Develop and maintain relationships with top universities and colleges in Europe, USA, Australia, and New Zealand to ensure a strong network of placement opportunities.

Stay abreast of admission requirements, application processes, and scholarship opportunities at various international institutions.

Organize and conduct information sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate students and parents about university options and the application process.

College Counselling:

Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students to understand their academic and career goals, and provide personalized guidance on university and college choices.

Assist students in exploring and identifying suitable academic programs and career paths based on their interests and strengths.

Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to integrate college counselling into the overall educational experience.

Documentation and Application Support:

Assist students in preparing application materials, including resumes, personal statements, and recommendation letters.

Provide support in the completion of application forms and submission of required documents to ensure a smooth application process.

Networking and Professional Development:

Attend conferences, workshops, and seminars related to international university admissions to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with university admissions officers, fostering partnerships that benefit our students.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in counselling, education, or a related field; master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in university placements and college counselling, with a focus on placing students in top institutions in Europe, the USA, Australia, and New Zealand.

Strong knowledge of international education systems, admission requirements, and application processes.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Proven track record of successfully placing students in prestigious universities and colleges.

Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate (IB) program is an advantage.
