Waiter and Assistant Barista

Currently, I am in the final semester of my Diploma in Hotel Management at Erican College in Malaysia. My academic journey has been complemented by hands-on experience in both hotel and restaurant settings. I have completed a six-month internship at the E4 Star Envoy Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, where I honed my skills in various aspects of hotel management, including front office operations and guest relations. Additionally, my one-year tenure as an Assistant Barista at Italian Oven provided me with valuable experience in customer service and daily operations in a bustling café environment.

Prior to my time in Malaysia, I completed a one-year Diploma in Hotel Management and a Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Oxford Institute of Technical Training Center in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. During my internship at a renowned restaurant chain in Islamabad, I gained hands-on experience in customer service and operational efficiency. My role as a Guest Relations Officer (GRO) further refined my skills in building client relationships and managing guest experiences, which I believe will be highly beneficial in any hospitality role.
