Filipino who fluent in speaking, reading and writing Thai
Thai National with Permanent visa in Philippines
Bachelor's Degree graduate
Knowledgeable in ServiceNow and Basic Troubleshooting
With IT Helpdesk Experience
Responsibilities
✔Handling customer technical support cases through phone, email and chat
✔Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
✔Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled
✔Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
