• Degree of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering ,Bicol University College of Engineering, Legazpi City(1995-2000)

• With experience in ADNOC OFFSHORE,SAUDI ARAMCO & EXXON MOBIL Oil & Gas Plant Projects.

• Extensive experience in Offshore Oil and Gas(LNG & Gas Sweetening),Power Plant(Combined Cycle,Geothermal & Steam),Substation,Transmission Power Generation & Large Building project covering the spectrum of installation and testing of electrical system.

• Area of expertise encompass Power Generation,Heat Tracing system,Cathodic Protection,Fire Alarm, Automation Controls,Data,Lightning Protection,Earthing/Grounding,Cable Tray,Internal/External Lighting, Power,Telecommunication,Public Address,CCTV,Power Cable,UPS and Transformer.

• Familiar of Instrumentation field works(Transmitter-Pressure,Temperature,Flow),Junction Boxes,Instrument Rack,Air Manilfold,Rack,Marshalling & DCS Cabinet, Hook-up drawings installation and P &ID analysis.

• Proficient in reading drawings, interpret design, specifications and industry standards & codes(IEC,IEEE,NFPA,IP,ISO).

• Received an award for the most EXCELLENT & DILIGENT STAFF at Al-Khalij,Libya

• With SOLAS (SAFETY OF LIFE AT SEA) Basic Training & Oil and Gas HSE Training.

• Successfully completed the training for ADNOC H2S AWARENESS,ESCAPE LEVEL 2 TRAINING & PERMIT TO WORK at NUMERO UNO & GASOS Training center.
