Position: Korean Helpdesk Associate (Medical Devices)

Location: Makati City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Shifting schedule (5 working days, 2 days off)
Work setup: Permanent work from home setup (Laptop provided)

Job requirements:
Filipino national cans speak Korean language
Degree holder or undergraduate of any courses
TOPIK or Non-TOPIK passer can apply
Having technical support background is an advantage
Has customer service and technical support exposure is a huge advantage
Can start ASAP
Job responsibilities:
Guide the Korean customer how to troubleshoot the device
Handling inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Answer the concern of the customers via phone, email or chat.
Assist Korean medical representative with their concerns on a particular device
Help Korean Medical Technician in trouble shooting the device
Perform other related task
