Filipino National fluent in Korean and English

Korean national with permanent visa holder

High School or bachelor's degree graduate are welcome to apply

With customer service or technical experience voice account is an advantage

Can start working asap

Willing to work in Shifting schedule and on-site

Responsibilities:

Assist clients in software and hardware related concerns through email, chats and calls with the use of supported scripts and procedures

Respond to clients inquiries regarding the technical issues encountered

Escalate concerns as necessary to achieve customer satisfaction

Must be updated with the current process and should be knowledgeable in providing resolutions to specific concerns
