• Korean National living in the Philippines
• Proficient in English
• College Level or Bachelor's Degree Holder
• With 1 year Customer Service experience
• Geographical knowledge
• Must be willing to work in Taguig City (ONSITE)
Responsibilities:
•Accurately process Korean client's queries related to Automotive concerns
•Ensure to provide excellent customer service
•Handle concerns and feedbacks from clients
•Provide assistance in giving accurate solutions for their concerns
