Responsibilities:
Responsible for dealing with customer's complaints and queries.
Communicate with the customer through Live Chat, outbound calls, emails, and other authorized communication tools
Responsible for coordinating with the Payment Team regarding customers pending transactions such as deposits and withdrawal
Update records in the system
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Fluent Korean language
Open for Basic English speakers
Experience in customer service is an advantage
Amenable to work in Makati
Bachelor's degree in any field
