Salary: Php 120,000 - Php 130,000
Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Must be amenable for shifting schedule)

Requirements:
•Korean National present in the Philippines
•Open to Highschool Graduates
•Proficient in English language
•No experience are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
•Responsible in addressing and handling inquiries of Korean customers through phone calls, emails and messages
•Maintain strong and lasting customer relationship
•Prepare required reports for the issues submitted by customers
•Coordinate with the Supervisor for escalation of concerns or feedback
