Requirements:
Filipino conversational in Korean and English
Open for Degree holder or undergraduate of any field
Experience in BPO company and customer service position is a plus
Willing to work in Subic, Zambales
Responsibilities:
Answering inquiries regarding health and wellness products
Provide excellent customer service to Korean clients
Ensure to provide assistance in compliance with the company standards and procedures
Maintain and build healthy and long term relationships with the clients.
