Requirements:
Filipino who can speak, read, and write Korean
Korean National who can speak conversational English
With 2-4 years BPO experience and client facing
Strong Team Leader experience
Ability to coordinate with Top clients and solve their concerns
Great Korean communication skills
Ability to manage, coordinate with other departments and provide resolution
Handle issues raised by top tier clients
Responsibilities
Work closely with clients and ensure that the requests and expectations are met.
Handle and coordinate with the internal teams to achieve and align with the clients goals.
Monitor the status of the account and provide a daily report.
Responsible for follow ups, addressing complaints, and resolving the problems.
