Currently handling the finest airlines around the world ensuring passengers can book flights easily and conveniently. This firm handles social media reservations made by customers by booking their flight date and confirmation via social media.

Position: Korean Travel Specialist (Chat Support)

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Account: Airline Account

Company: A consultancy handling the best airlines

Industry: Airline and Travel Firms

Salary: P 70,000 to P 75,000 Monthly

Requirements of the job:

Filipino who can speak basic to conversational Korean language

Can speak, read and write Korean language (basic or daily conversation in travel)

Has ability to do customer service via chat and email

Can speak English as well

Willing to undergo training about travel terms

Highschool or college graduates

No age limit or gender preferences

Willing to do customer service to airline customers

Duties and Responsibilities:

Help customers in their concerns via chat on Social media Messages

Check the social media inquiries about flight, bookings and luggage concerns

Answer chat inquiries of airline customers about flight re-schedule and re-bookings

Assist customer in re-booking the flight to another date

Provide frequent flyers their mile points or rewards to redeem

Convert miles to free flight and other benefits inside the aircraft

Answer passengers about their cancellation inquiries, Rates, Reschedule and more
