Requirements:
Thai national proficient in English language
Degree holder of any course (Engineer, Science, medical or Technical)
Having Has technical support background is an advantage
Has customer service and technical support exposure is a huge advantage
Willing to work onsite in Taguig
Can start ASAP
Duties and responsibilities:
Guide the users of the proper use of the device
Assist the users on step by step guide to properly handle and maintain the device
Assist medical representative with their concerns on a particular device
Help Thai Medical Technician in trouble shooting the device
Assist the Med tech on how to escalate the technical issues
Answer inquiries of users via email, chat and calls
Help customers on how to use the manual of the device
Read and familiarize the manuals written in Thai language
