₋ Minimum of a masters' degree qualification from a recognized university in
development studies, economics, social studies, agriculture, rural development,
value chains, or any other relevant field;
₋ A minimum of 10 years' experience in call centre management and development;
₋ Must have good knowledge and understanding of issues around customer
service management ;
₋ Must possess excellent report writing, analytical, interpersonal, and
communication skills;
₋ Demonstrated experience of working in the EU funded projects, a UN agency,
international NGO or donor agencies highly desirable;
₋ Fluency in English (oral and written) is desirable
