Prepared and review all paper work for existing and new loans, including loan disclosure statements based on the approved loan proposal. Complete loan contract and ensure clients are kept informed of the rules and requirements. Ensure the accuracy of the reported suspicious and covered transactions. Monthly inventory of all accountable forms in the vault. Act as a custodian of the company issued cellphone and assure that all calls made arefor official business purposes only. Verrified and check the client contact sheet submitted by the Account Officers. In the absences of Branch Service Officer, may take-over BSO functions. In the absences of Teller, may take-over teller functions. Assist client want to open a accounts.Uploading of sigcards in the system every end of the day, after opening of accounts. Attends to customers inquiries, concerns, problems, request,and suggestions. Performed other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor/head.
