Your Role:

- Craft Signature Cocktails: Design and create a unique cocktail menu that reflects our Mediterranean theme. ��

- Deliver Exceptional Service: Engage with guests and ensure their satisfaction with every drink served. ��

- Manage the Bar Area: Oversee inventory, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness and organization. ��

- Innovate: Develop new drink recipes and keep the bar menu exciting and fresh.

- Ensure Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: Proven background as a Barman or Mixologist in a similar setting.

- Expertise: Deep knowledge of cocktail creation and an understanding of Mediterranean flavors.

- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, engaging demeanor.

- Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish.

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
