Position: Remote Acquisitions Specialist
We're seeking a highly motivated, fluent English-speaking Acquisitions Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you have exceptional communication skills, a knack for building relationships, and a hunger to succeed in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to homeowners to understand their situation and make tailored offers.
- Negotiate and secure property contracts with sellers.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential leads and partners.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales KPIs.
- Document and track all interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce Leftmain).
- Collaborate with the team to refine acquisition strategies and processes.
