Appointment Setter and Sales Executive
We're seeking a proactive and personable Remote Appointment Setter to join our team and help drive the early stages of our sales process. As an appointment setter, you will be responsible for engaging with outbound leads and target accounts, scheduling meetings for our Sales Account Executives. B2B SaaS Knowledge
Experience or familiarity with B2B SaaS sales, understanding how to communicate the value of SaaS solutions effectively.
A background in appointment setting or lead generation in a similar environment is ideal but not required.
Strong Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a personable approach to prospect outreach.
Ability to quickly build rapport with prospects and communicate value succinctly, preparing them for further discussion with a Sales Account Executive.
Organized and Process-Oriented
Highly organized with a methodical approach to managing lead outreach, follow-ups, and scheduling.
Comfort using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and communication platforms (such as Zoom and email) to keep track of interactions and appointments.
