What You'll Do:

Connect with customers through phone, email, and live chat to provide friendly, support.

Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve queries with empathy, and efficiency.

Work closely with your colleagues to share knowledge, strategies, and insights to continuously improve service.

Croatia, Hungary, Slovenia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia

Salary €1550 gross per month

Meal vouchers €55 per month

Remote working

Shift Pattern 06:00 AM - 10:00 PM CET / Monday-Sunday 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.
