Customer Specialist with Dutch or Norwegian
Responsibilities:
- serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, addressing their IT concerns and providing Level 1 support,
- respond to end-user inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and web tools,
- sccurately document and log all interactions in the ticketing system, ensuring thorough record-keeping,
- escalate complex issues to the appropriate Level 2 teams when necessary,
- take ownership of ongoing cases, keeping users informed and ensuring timely resolution,
- focus on maintaining and enhancing overall customer satisfaction by delivering effective support.
Requirements:
- fluent in Dutch or Norwegian (min. C1) with strong English skills (min. B2),
- customer service experience; IT support experience is a PLUS but NOT REQUIRED,
- university degree preferred; recent graduates are welcome,
- eager to learn, customer-focused, and a strong communicator,
- adaptable, team-oriented, and open to shift work.
