Front Office Manager
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager at the Grand Hotel Gozo. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing all front office operations including the Reservations, managing customer satisfaction, promote smooth communication between various departments and Marketing (this includes promotions and offers to meet Room Occupancy targets).
The role involves handling office administration tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining efficient front-office operations.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years experience in Reservations and Front Office
- Strong Marketing Skills
- Office Administration and Front Office skills
- Excellent customer service and customer satisfaction skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems
Offer Package
Starting Salary 3000 Euros per month
