Control room Security Officer

We are looking for smart, highly disciplined and reliable individual for the vacancy of full-time Control Room Officer.

ROLE DUTIES

• You will be required to work on a roster basis i.e. DAY/DAY/OFF/NIGHT/NIGHT/REST/DAY/DAY/OFF/NIGHT/NIGHT throughout the year;

• Handling operational roster requirements in accordance with company exigencies.

• Managing phone calls and emails from various company contacts.

• Responding timely to alarm activation and/or any onsite reports diligently

• Perform Control Room daily operations with high integrity and efficiency

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Valid Maltese Private Guard Licence issued by the Commissioner of Police;

• Previous experience as Control Room Officer is advantage.

• Effective oral and written communication skills;

• Capable of following specific instructions according to company procedures and policy.
