Sales Agent

What You'll Bring:

A passion for customer service and the confidence to engage with clients directly

Comfort in starting conversations and promoting products with enthusiasm

A goal-oriented mindset

No prior experience in Sales is needed but that will be a strong advantage

Proficiency in English and native or at least C1 level in needed language

What You'll Do:

Make daily outbound calls and follow-ups to drive customer engagement.

Assist new and existing customers, ensuring an exceptional experience every step of the way.

Promote products and campaigns with energy and confidence, leaving a lasting impression.

Available Locations:

Poland (in office)

Salary: (depending on background and relevant experience)

• monthly base salary between 1.600 – 2.400 €
• monthly commission (uncapped)

Starting process:

• applicants who get hired will work on a self-employed basis (instructions will be given by the company)
• first 2 working months will be fully remote (whichever country the employee country lives in)

• after the 2nd month the company provides free relocation (if in office), flight, VISA and 2 weeks of accommodation will be covered
