Customer Representative Agent - Croatian Speaking
Title: Customer Representative Agent with Croatian (Hybrid)
This is a perm hire with my customer (Diverse multilingual BPO centre) at Bucharest, Romania.
Hybrid role - 3 days from the office/2 days from home.
Compensation
Base Salary - EUR €17,000 to €18,000

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email, in Croatian.
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
• Fluency in Croatian and English is required.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Sales oriented person.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
