Back Office Specialist (Croatian and English)

This is a back-office data annotation role for the Croatian market, supporting one of the world's leading organisations. You'll benefit from a structured training programme and work in a professional environment that prioritises employee growth and satisfaction.

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania (on-site).

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Training: 1 week of comprehensive training provided.

Who We're Looking For

Fluent Croatian speakers (native or advanced level).

Basic English skills for internal communication.

No experience? No problem! We welcome both experienced professionals and motivated individuals looking to start their careers.

What we offer

1. Competitive Salary and Bonuses

Base Salary: 7,750 RON Gross (~€1,560 Gross).

Signing Bonus: €1,000 Gross, paid in the first three months (€500/€250/€250).

Performance Bonus:

Up to €150 Gross after 3 months

Up to €200 Gross after 12 months

Up to €250 Gross after 24 months

2. Housing Support

6 Months of Accommodation Assistance:

3 months in company-provided housing.

3 months rent allowance (€500 Gross/month).

Daily meal tickets worth 30 RON/day (approximately €120 per month).

Private Medical Subscription, starting from the second month.
