Your responsibilities
• Answering inbound customer calls in Korean language
• Ensure all communication is conducted professionally and promptly while maintain a personal touch, across all communication channels.
• Be an expert in your field and be able to answer customer queries efficiently and timely.
• Be able to read and communicate in Korean language
• Be able to write Korean in order to up date customer profile
Your requirements
• Bachelor's degree or at least diploma in Korean language or equivalent
• Fluent in Korean language proficiency
• Basic English language skills
• Experience in Customer service or similar role
