SENIOR OPERATION & MECHANICAL FOREMAN
* Good knowledge and hands on experience with Pump (including High pressure)
servicing & maintenance.
* Good Experience in Valve servicing and maintenance.
* Good Knowledge and hands on experience with welding including Super Duplex
and heat treatment.
* Good knowledge in reading drawings, assemblies, sectional views and
troubleshooting.
* Hands on experience with maintenance of Generator auxiliaries and main engine.
* Good knowledge in alignments and vibration analysis and mitigation.
* Good knowledge about safety standards while working with pressurized and high
temperature systems. Good knowledge about fuel and cooling water systems.
* Good knowledge of air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
* Good knowledge and working experience with Heat exchangers.
* Good knowledge in dozing pumps and systems.
* Good knowledge in RO equipment maintenance

*To be based at site, working on an ON-OFF Cycle, to carry out Mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance
*work for all mechanical equipment at the site comprising- PV Power generation & distribution, RO desalination
*plant, Bio-Diesel Generators including at times working in conjunction with Electrical or C&I or Operations
*Team to achieve reliable, continuous and safe operation & maintenance of such equipment and Plant.
* This is a dual role primarily for maintenance but will also involve some parts of Operation support.
* 8 years’ experience of working with mechanical maintenance in similar industrial setup
preferably a power & desalination plant or large size utility or petrochemical plant.
