My current basic salary id BD/1659 + an allowance of BD/553 and the total monhtly lumpsum is BD/2212. Now, I am working an average of 22 days per month (5days per/week) and my annual leave entitlement is 30working days. By the end of April 2024, which is the end of my 2-year contract, I will be having a total accrued leave of 32 working days. Since I am planning to end my contract, I just need to know how much should I get based from my basic salary and 32working days leave accruals. My understanding in this regard is: Final Settlement excluding the indemnity is: Annual Leave pay = Basic pay per month/average number of working days*total accrued Leave. Ex: (1659/22)*32=BD/2413.
