Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Restaurant Hostess to join our team in Saudi Arabia/ Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to manage reservations and seating arrangements effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Greeting Guests: Welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.

Seating Arrangements: Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table usage while providing a pleasant dining experience.

Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Coordination: Work closely with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.

Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and entrance area.

Menu Knowledge: Provide guests with information about the menu, specials, and promotions.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest preferences.

Assistance: Assist with special events and private dining arrangements as needed.

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience as a hostess or in a similar customer service role in the hospitality industry.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
