Validation of Offer letter

One of my friend in india received an offer letter from Kuwait oil company via a recruiter in india.
He had applied for the job but didn't attend any interview
Now the recruiter is asking for some cash. I found that the seal On the offer letter is from petrofac international LTD.

Please someone help me verify this offer letter.

Clear Scam.

He applied (which company), but didn't attend any interview and voila! there is offer letter. Worst the offer letter from Kuwait Oil Company via recruiter and the seal is Petrofac Int'l. Ltd.

Do not pay cash to recruiter - for anything. Tell that to your friend.

I just got an offer letter from Kuwait drilling company without an interview.

Please I will like to know if it's real.

It's a scam do not deal with them.
