Instrumentation Control & SCADA Engineer

• Result-driven professional with more than 25 years of experience in Water Field Projects (like SWRO, STP/WWTP Treatment , Pumping Stations, Transmission and Distribution Network etc.) in GCC Countries. Implementation of Process Instrumentation, Automation, Control System (DCS,PLC,RIO/RTU), SCADA, Engineering & Technology including system applications, Detailed Design, Instruments Sizing, EPC, Testing & Commissioning, Field Bus, Communication Networks, FEED Stages, ESD techniques, Method Statement, and procedures.

• Expertise in Project Supervision and Construction Management, Detailed Design and Review, Value Engineering, HAZOP, FEED, devising & implementing various Project Development processes / procedures, familiar with HV/MV Electrical Switch Gears, VFD, Transformer, UPS, Generators. Conversant to ANSI, ISA, IEEE, IEC Standards, DEP & Shell Standards.

• Successfully executed various type of Water Field Projects across GCC county like,Sea Water Desalination (SWRO, IWP) , RO Plant, Sewage & Waste Water Treatment Plant, Pumping Stations ,Pipe Line and Distribution Networks including Oil Refinery& Gas and Chemical Projects.

• Experience of working with all major manufacturer's Control System, DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI, RTU System. Expert in field of Automation , Instrumentation and Control Systems, Condition Monitoring System , Building Management, HV/LV/MV ELV, VFD, Transformers , Switchgears ,Generators , CCTV, ACS, Fire Alarm System, experience in conducting FAT and SAT.

• Familiar with ISO, OHSAS Standards and Development tools like Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, CMMS, MAXIMO, SAP & ERP across the organization

• Excellence in performing various tests & inspections for several processes, Control Systems and checking the quality standards

• Ensured compliance to sustainable & Health Safety & Environment Policy (OHSAS & ISO) & procedures and provided necessary inputs to upgrade already existing standards;
