qualifications:

• bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field.

• 10 to 15 years of proven experience as an hse manager, with extensive knowledge of hse standards in construction or industrial environments.

• strong understanding of hse regulations, risk assessment processes, and accident investigation procedures.

• certification in hse management (e.g., nebosh, iosh, osha) is highly preferred.

• excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• proficiency in hse software, incident tracking, and reporting systems.

preferred:

• experience in large-scale projects or high-risk environments.

• knowledge of hse regulations specific to ksa or the gulf region.

duties:

• prepare and manage comprehensive hse plans for each project, covering all safety aspects of site activities.

• implement hse procedures, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

• conduct hse inductions for new employees, contractors, and site visitors to foster awareness and adherence to safety protocols.

• oversee welfare arrangements on-site, ensuring that health and well-being facilities meet hse standards.

requirement:

• candidate should have valid iqama id.
