Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
5 years of experience in project cost planning & controlling.
Experience Required:
Prepare Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS)
Budgeting and Forecasting
Cost Monitoring and Reporting
Financial reports
Variance Analysis
Expense Tracking
Cash Flow Management
Cost Estimation and Value Engineering
Cost Control and Risk Management
Change Management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Software Skills:
CCS-Candy or equivalent, Cost control ERP Systems, MS Office.
Requirement:
Candidate should have valid Iqama ID.
