Structural Design Engineer

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design, with at least 5 years of work experience in the Gulf region.

SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) membership is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of local building codes and structural design principles in the Gulf region.

Ability to develop and interpret structural design calculations and technical documentation.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed structural analysis and design of buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.

Prepare and review engineering designs, plans, and calculations for various projects in accordance with relevant standards.

Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

Provide technical support to construction teams during the implementation phase, ensuring designs are executed accurately.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize project delivery timelines and quality.

Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and other project documentation.

Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure structural integrity and compliance with design specifications.

Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and proposals for clients and stakeholders.

Mentor and support junior engineers and assist in their professional development.

Requirement:

Candidate should have valid Iqama ID.
