Job Description:
An established events management company is looking for a Customer Service & PR Specialist to manage a high-profile project in Jeddah. This role requires a dynamic, customer-oriented professional with strong communication and public relations skills to ensure seamless coordination and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders during the project.
Manage customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Coordinate public relations activities and enhance brand image during the event.
Handle VIP guests and ensure a smooth event experience.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure project execution aligns with company standards.
Provide on-site support and problem-solving to ensure project success.
Requirements:
✅ Must be a Western Citizen (EU, UK, USA, or Canada).
✅ Strong background in customer service, PR, or hospitality.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
✅ Prior experience in events management is a plus.
✅ Flexibility to work on-site in Jeddah during the project duration.
